  3. Keep your pipeline full. Just because you are doing well at one point, doesn't mean to stop marketing. Don't take your sales for granted, take good care of your clients, and keep growing your network. Most people aren't going to buy a house every month, so the key to making consistent sales, is growing your pipeline.

  4. Find a mentor. Finding a mentor who is able to answer any questions you have will help you feel confident in your abilities as a real estate agent. Mentors will root for your success. A good support system is everything!

  5. Network with like-minded people. This industry is all about who you know and who they know. Networking with like minded people will help you build authentic, organic relationships that are easy for you to nature and build.

  6. Build a steady online presence. Your brand presence isn't the only thing that matters, but it definitely does matter!

  7. Reach out to past clients for referrals! Keeping up with previous clients will nurture relationships, keep you on top of their mind, and will help you generate new clients via referrals. A good, genuine, relationship with your clients will encourage them to share your information more often when the subject comes up.
