Greg began his real estate career nearly 25 years ago. He and his dad started his C21 in Myrtle Beach in 1999. Greg started as a producer reaching levels of 300 sales per year consistently and as high as 484 with a small team. Now he focuses on attracting agents into his office and developing them into top producers. He has multiple agents doing over 100 deals per year while 2 are consistently doing 200+ deals each year. All were new licensees when they met Greg. Oh, and Greg himself still does 150 deals every year.
