What fees do REALTORS® have to pay every month?

There are quite a few fees that REALTORS® are responsible for- and we want to make sure everyone interested in becoming an agent is aware of all the fees involved.

We already talked about what fees are involved in getting started in real estate, but what about monthly?

It is true that some brokerages charge a monthly fee for office use which helps covers utility bills, copy and print expenses- also known as “desk fees”. Our brokerage does not.

At CENTURY® 21 Advantage Realty, we do not charge any desk fees/office fees/monthly fees- EVER. We also have a lot of perks for our agents, that I personally have found to SAVE our agents money- we don’t want to share EVERYTHING we offer our agents here, although we do share A LOT of them here- so feel free to reach out to us for ALL the details.
